Obituary
David Allen Byrd, 57, passed away Saturday, June 8th. He worked at Highway 55 and 17 BP until he retired due to illness.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 11, from 6 PM until 8 PM at the Mortimer-Southern Funeral Home in Lexington, Mississippi. Funeral services will be Wednesday from the chapel of Mortimer-Southern Funeral Home at 11 AM, with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington, MS.
He is survived by two sisters, Judy ( Monk) Broyles of Durant, MS, and Jo Ann Robinson of Millington, FL, a niece, Laura Stafford, and a nephew, Tanner Robinson. He is also survived by a special uncle and his wife, Eli and Tanda Saxton.
