Patricia A. McMorrough

Patricia A McMorrough, 70, went to her Heavenly Home in the early morning hour of December 15, 2022. She was born on October 22,1952 to William and Hazel Wooten McMorrough.

This sweet angel will be remember by the staff, residents, and visitors of Humphreys County Nursing Center. She greeted all with her smile and her collection of babies that she strolled up and down the hallways. Many have stated that she was an angel on earth and was one of the sweetest person that they had met. Patricia always loved a visit from her family and friends and she never met a stranger. She was truly a special person.

Patricia McMorrough was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Benny Bruce, Tommy Bruce, and Billy McMorrough, sister-in law Linda Mcmorrough. She leaves behind to cherish her memory brother, David (Cindy) McMorrough, sisters in-laws; Gloria Bruce and Ellen McMorrough, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at Mortimer Funeral Home, Belzoni, on Sunday 18, 2022, at 1:30 PM with services at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows cemetery, 965 Rockport Road, Lexington, Mississippi.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Mack Gordon, the nurses and staff of Humphreys County Nursing Center for the love and care you have given to our love one during her stay.
