Obituary for William Elliott Sharpe

Son, brother, father, and friend - William Elliott Sharpe, 40, of Tchula, MS, passed from this life on August 21, 2025, far too soon for those who loved him, yet in the perfect timing of his Lord, who called him home.

Elliott will be received in heaven by his father, Paul Sharpe; his brother, Gwin Sharpe; his grandparents, Byron and Malie Sharpe, and Lynn and Patricia Jordan, and his uncle, Ray Sharpe.

Those who remain to carry his memory include his devoted mother, Paula Jordan Sharpe, EB Martin, his daughter, Karigen Sharpe, his uncle and aunts, Johnny and Lynette Grandberry, and Bryon and Diane Sharpe, along with nine first cousins who shared in his joy and love. 

Elliott graduated from Central Holmes Academy in 2003 and attended Mississippi State University, home of his beloved Bulldogs. He also attended the Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics in Spanish Fort, Alabama, and received his certification in 2008.

Known as "Easy" by those closest to him, Elliott lived life with a gentle spirit, a generous heart, and a laugh that will live on in the lives of his friends and family.

When faced with grief, we remember Christ's promise: "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die." - John 11:25-26
