Obituary
Andrew B. (A.B.) Holder
Andrew B. (A.B.) Holder, 79, of Lexington died Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at his residence. Services were Saturday, May 3 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church at 12 noon with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington. Rev. Shannon Manning officiated.

Mr. Holder was a business owner of Holmes County Ice and Cold Storage in Lexington. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church. His daughter, Doris Steel, preceded him in death.

Survivors include: his wife, Virginia H. Holder of Lexington; one son, Andy Holder of Birmingham, AL; two daughters, Sandra Emory of Birmingham, AL and Helen Boyd of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Pauline Humphries of Durant and Virginia Williams of Coco Beach, FL.

Active pallbearers were: Danny Tate, George Tate, Ricky Tate, Daryl Williams, Pat Barrett, Jr., and Charles Campbell.

Honorary pallbearers were: Jack Yates, Dick Temple, Woodson Earle, Ed Thurmond, John Downer, Robert Ware, and Don Barrett.
