Obituary
A. D. Rhyne
Funeral services for Arch Drury Rhyne, 72, retired mechanic, were held at 3:30 from the Southern Funeral Home with the Reverend Shelby Hathorn officiating. Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mr. Rhyne died Friday at Veterans Administration Center in Biloxi. Born and reared in Lexington, he was the son of Sally Herring and Drury W. Rhyne. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. T. R. Kelly, and Mrs. John R. Jones of Huntsville, Alabama, and Mrs. Willis L. Rhodes of Jackson; two brothers, Dan Rhyne of Braxton, and S. P. Rhyne of Norfolk, Virginia.
Pallbearers were Pepper Tidwell, Bob McLellan, William Moses, Billy Rathell, Ben Murphy, Shade Bethany and John Higginbottom.
