Obituary
Ruth Autry
Ruth Autry, 89, a retired machine operator, died Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at Montfort Jones Hospital in Kosciusko. Services were Saturday at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Durant with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington. Bro. Jerry Smith officiated.

Mrs. Autry was the daughter of the late Jake and Cora Truitt Frazier of Holmes County. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Autry and a daughter Patsy Autry Bieza, a sister, Ina Hill and a brother, C.E. Frazier Sr. Mrs. Autry was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Durant.

Survivors include: son, John A. Autry of Sallis; one sister, Evie Lou Whelphey of Ashtabula, Ohio; one brother Everett Frazier of Greenville; eight grandchildren; and six great grandsons.

Active pallbearers were Buck Burrell, Dr. Fletcher Shrock, Jerry Dickerson, Tommy Leonard, Buster Howard, and Steven Autry.

Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in Durant.
