Last Rites Held
For Mrs. Mable Ballard
Funeral services for Mrs. Mable Ballard were held from the First Methodist Church of Lexington at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, with the Reverend Crawford Ray, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Interment was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery with Southern of Lexington in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ballard was born in Franklin County June 24, 1884. She was a member of the Lexington Methodist Church.
Mrs. Ballard had been a patient in the Greenwood nursing home for several weeks. She died at the home Tuesday morning, April 12.
Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. V. C. Fite of Lexington. Three grandchildren also survive.
