Sue Barrett

Sue Carmen Drennan Barrett, 92, a homemaker and legal secretary for Barrett Law Office for 20 years, died Sunday, December 9, 2007, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital-Greenwood, MS.

Visitation is Wednesday, December 12, 2007, 1 hr prior to service time. Funeral services are 2 pm Wednesday at Southern Funeral Home in Lexington, MS with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Southern Funeral Home in Lexington, MS is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Barrett was a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington.

Preceded in death by her husband, William Burwell "Will" Barrett.

Survivors include: son, William Burwell "Bill" Barrett, Jr., of Lexington; daughter, Jean Wood Jackson of Greenville, MS; grandson, Michael Wood Jackson and his wife, Laura of Leland, MS; granddaughter, JaLynda Sue "J.J."
