Earle M. Alexander
Passes Wednesday
Earle M. Alexander, a well-known Lexington citizen, passed away suddenly at his home early Wednesday morning. He was 52. Funeral services were held Thursday, November 2, at 3:00 p.m. in the Alexander home with the Rev. Hayes Clark, pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiating.
Interment took place at Odd Fellows Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Lexington.
Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife, Alice R. Alexander, a son, Earle M. Alexander, Jr., a daughter, Mrs. John M. Kimbrough, Jr., all of Lexington, and a sister, Mrs. WT. L. Campbell of West.
Pallbearers were L. J. Hand, John L. Mason, Marvin Shanks, Clarence Minyard, Jessie Walton, Howard Terry, A. P. Shepherd, and Leon Armstrong.
