Ellen Mullins Holder Mrs. Ellen Mullins Holder, 78, of Ocean Springs, died of heart failure Tuesday, July 29, 1997, at Ocean Springs Hospital.

Mrs. Holder was a homemaker/bookkeeper for Holder Repair Shop and was a 60 year member of First Baptist Church in Lexington, Miss.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 1, at First Baptist Church in Lexington with the Rev. Dr. Mike O'Brien officiating. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.

Mrs. Holder is survived by her husband, Winford Holder of Ocean Springs; three sons, William "Bill" Holder of Ocean Springs, James Donald "Donny" Holder of Mobile, Thomas "Tommy" Holder of West Point; one brother, Taylor Mullins of Houston, Texas; seven sisters, Annie Mae Burt and Sue Patton, both of Grenada, Ruth Rainey of Gulfport, Gladys Latham of Kilmichael, Mary Laster and Bonnie Staples, both of Greenwood, and Jean Henderson of Eupora; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Lexington.

Southern Funeral Home of Lexington was in charge of arrangements.
