Mrs. Frances L. Johnston
Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Lovelace Johnston of Lexington were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2 from the Southern Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Howard Allen officiating. Interment followed in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.
Mrs. Johnston, 81, the wife of Robert D. Johnston of Lexington and a retired Registered Nurse, died at the Holmes County Hospital in Lexington on Thursday, December 1 after an extended illness.
Mrs. Johnston is survived by her husband: one brother, Jack Lovelace of Oakland; and a niece, Mrs. Allen Haynes of Oakland.
Pallbearers were Pepper Tidwell, Bill Warrington, Mike Lammons, Samuel Hearn, Fred Powers and Doug Aldridge.
