Mercer Lorance Frost
Mercer Lorance Frost, 76, retired minister, died Monday, June 1, 2009, at the Holmes County Hospital in Lexington.
Visitation will begin at 1 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Southern Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 pm at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.
Lorance had owned and operated the Pickens Food Center in Pickens, MS until surrendering to the ministry.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Craney Frost of Lexington; his daughters, Cindy Frost Poole of Winona and Madeline Frost Thomas of Lexington, MS; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
