Obituary
Rufus Melvin "Bo" Grantham
Graveside service for Rufus Melvin "Bo" Grantham, 89, was held on Monday, May 21, 2007 at 3 p.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington with Rev. Mike O'Brien officiating. Southern Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Grantham died at his residence on Sand Hill Road, Lexington, on Saturday, May 19, 2007. He was born in Holmes County on March 20, 1918, son of Rufus Amzy Grantham and Leni Grantham. He was a veteran of World War II, a heavy equipment operator, and a member of Pleasant Ridge Church.

Survivors include his wife, Annie Mae Grantham; sons, Melvin and wife Johnnie Grantham of Vicksburg, and Jimmy Grantham of Lexington; sister, Clara Pace of Conroe, TX; two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: Howard Grantham, Phil Grantham, Mac Wigley, Sammy Massey, Christopher Massey, and Norman Cochran.
