ALFRED (ED) HOCUTT
Alfred Edward (Ed) Hocutt, 68, a resident of Anguilla, died Sunday at Mercy General Hospital in Vicksburg where he had been a patient a month.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 21 from Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Bro. J.O. Martin and Bro. Vernon Phillips officiating. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mr. Hocutt was a native of Holmes County, a state highway employee, and a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hocutt; a daughter, Molly Eubanks of Fort Worth, Texas; and two Sons, Edward Lamar Hocutt of Little Rock, Ark., and Joe Marion Hocutt of Belzoni; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers were James Daves, Harold Devine, Charlie Hancock, Jerry Chandler, Jeff Davis, and Laoris Ferrell.
