Mary Margaret Hocutt
Mrs. Mary Margaret Hocutt, 71, a homemaker of Anguilla, died of heart failure Tuesday, Jan. 24 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Vicksburg.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 26 at Zion Baptist Church in Anguilla with graveside services at 2 p.m. in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington. Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork handled arrangements.
Mrs. Hocutt, a Leflore County native, had lived in Anguilla for 35 years. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include: son, Edward Lamar Hocutt of Little Rock, Ark.; daughter, Margaret Heggins of Brandon; brothers, Al Hopson and Will Hopson of Drew; sisters, Minnie and Aileen Poole, both of Lexington, and Hazel Ivy of Anguilla; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Charles Hancock, Jerry Chandler, Harold Devine, Kenny Miller, Ricky Prestiana, Patrick Deckard and O. C. Ivy.
