Porter Infant Buried
Sunday In Lexington

Friends of Sgt. and Mrs. Norman Doty Porter, of Durant, will regret to learn of the death of their infant son born early Saturday morning at the Community Hospital.

Services were held Sunday morning at the Odd Fellows cemetery with Rev. Henry S. Robinson, pastor of the Durant Presbyterian Church, officiating. Southern Undertaking Association was in charge of interment.

Mrs. Porter is the former Jean McGraw, of Areola, daughter of Mrs. John McGraw, of that place. Mrs. McGraw and daughters, Misses Mary Elizabeth and Margaret McGraw, are here with Mrs. Porter.

Sgt. Porter was on Louisiana maneuvers and arrived early Saturday morning in time for the services.
