Be it resolved by the members of Tchula Lodge No. 122 A- F. & A. M. assembled. Tchula. Mississippi, that, Whereas, the Architect of the Universe has in his infinite wisdom deemed it expedient to summons from our midst Brother James Elias Cunningham, that this Lodge has lost a true and unselfish Brother, the family a kind and loving husband, father and son, and the community a much loved and respected citizen.
Be it further resolved that the members of this Lodge extend to his bereaved wife, children and Mother, who’s loss appears the most irrepairable, that deep and sincere sympathy, which could be inspired only by one so gracious as our lamented Brother.
Be it further resolved, that a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of this Lodge as a prepetual record of his passing, a copy be sent to the Lexington Advertiser for publication, and a copy be delivered to the bereaved family.
