Roach Services Held Tuesday
Funeral services for James Monroe Roach who died Monday night, March 11, at the residence of his nephew, D. C. Lundy, were held on Tuesday March 12, at 2 p.m. in the Southern Funeral Home chapel.
Mr. Roach, a retired farmer and landowner, was 93 years of age and a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Officiating at the funeral was the Reverend P. D. Bragg, with burial in Odd fellows Cemetery in Lexington. Southern Funeral home was in charge.
Pallbearers were Joe Tingle, Sidney Henley, Vernon Hathcock, W. B. Kenna, Jack White and J. D. Parrish.
