Joe Mills Farmer
Joe Mills Farmer, 68, died Friday, May 22, 2009, at his daughter's residence in Iowa.
Visitation will be today at Southern Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington at 11 am. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.
Joe was a retired U.S. Navy veteran and a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington. Survivors include his daughters, Cindy Vanderwall of Des Moines, IA, Amanda Lyn Reyer, and Rebecca Aline Farmer both of Fayetteville, AR; sisters, Jeanette Caldwell of Flora and Joyce Collins of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
