John Dee Parrish
John Dee Parish, Jr., 59, died Saturday at the University Hospital in Jackson.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, October 12, from Southern Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend E.S. Furr officiating. Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mr. Parrish was the son of John Dee Parrish, Sr., and Irene Harvey Parrish. He was a retired farmer and a member of St. Paul Methodist Church in Ocean Springs,
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Sadie Duke Parrish of Lexington and a daughter, Miss Susan Brand Parrish of Hattiesburg.
Pallbearers were Henry McClellan, Bill McLellan, Bob McLellan, Ray Johnson, Wallace Johnson, M. K. Ginn, Robert Ware and Charlie Sinclair.
