Funeral services for Mrs. Lovie Rainey Hall of Hot Springs, Arkansas, were held on Saturday, June 18 at 3:00 p.m. at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington. Officiating minister was the Rev. Leon Holly.
Mrs. Hall, a native of Holmes County, died at her residence in Hot Springs on Wednesday, June 15. She was 95.
Survivors include two sons, Frank Cooksey of Durant and George Cooksey of Kosciusko; two daughters, Louise Pettus of Kosciusko and Edna Gentry of Pearcy, Arkansas; one sister, Bessie Owens of Memphis, Tennessee; 24 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 23 great, great grandchildren.
Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington with Southern In charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Reggie Daves, Bubba Daves, Randy Suit, Terry Suit, Mickey Suit and Edward Gentry, Jr.
