Obituary
Mary Etta Lundy

Funeral services for Mary Etta Lundy, 89, of Lexington were held from Southern Funeral Home chapel in Lexington at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 17 with Rev. Andy Ray officiating. Interment followed in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.

Miss Lundy, a native of Holmes County and a retired bookkeeper for Reid Insurance Company of Jackson, died at Methodist Hospital of Middle Mississippi in Lexington on Thursday, January 15. She was a Methodist.

Survivors include five brothers, Ben Clower Lundy and Charles Lundy, Jr., of Greenville, John D. Lundy of Pontiac, Michigan, J. A. Lundy of Vicksburg and Henry E. Lundy of Lexington; and three sisters, Ruby A. Ranck of Sunnyvale, California and Sarah Beatrice Cardwell and Kathleen Lundy, both of Lexington.

Pallbearers were B.C. Lundy, Charles Earl Lundy, James W. Lundy, Ted Batson, Ben Lundy, and Bill Lundy.
