Willard Franklin McCaleb
(June 13, 1941 - April 2, 2014)

Willard Franklin McCaleb, 72 of Greenwood, MS died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Riverview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home followed by Graveside services at 11 a.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington, MS.

Mr. McCaleb was a resident of Sidon, MS as a child later moving to Greenwood and he graduated from Greenwood High School. He was a dry goods salesman all his working life and retired some six months ago for health reasons. He loved his grandchildren, all animals and fishing.

Mr. McCaleb is survived by his sons Brandon McCaleb and his wife Laura Merrill of Greenwood, MS and David McCaleb Strain and his wife Stacy of Madison, MS, his grandson Taylor McCaleb Strain of Madison, MS, two brothers Windell McCaleb of Greenwood, MS and Jimmy McCaleb of IttaBena, MS.

Memorials may be made to the American cancer Society or the Leflore County Humane Society.
