Minnie M. Cunningham

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Mangum Cunningham, 86, of Tchula were held Tuesday, April 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington. Rev. yyn White officiated with interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.

Mrs. Cunningham died Monday, April 4 at King Daughters Hospital in Yazoo City.

A native of Rankin County, she was a widow of the late James Elias Cunningham. Mrs. Cunningham had lived in Greenville for 30 years before moving to Tchula three years ago.

She was a member of the Alice ell Garden Club in Greenville, a member of the Tchula Garden Club, and a member of Trinity Methodist Church in Greenville.

Survivors include one son, James Cunningham of Tchula; one daughter, Mrs. Miriam C. Eatherly of Greenville; one sister, Mrs. Maude Rathell of Madison: six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were James Cunningham, Jr., George Cunningham, Wilson Cunningham, Wick Eatherly, Rick Mirick and Eric Schuster.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Thornton Methodist Church,
Thornton.
