Emmett Nabors Buried
Here Tuesday Morning
Emmett Nabors, former resident of this county near Durant, died suddenly at his home near Kosciusko Sunday light. He had been in apparent good health and took ill suddenly, death ensuing before medical aid could be obtained.
Funeral services were held at Lexington Tuesday conducted by Rev. G. M. Smiley pastor of Durant Presbyterian Church. Interment was made at Odd Fellows cemetery.
He is survived by his wife and two brothers , John and Rufus Nabors, Holly Bluff, also the following half-brothers and sisters, Vernon Nabors, Birmingham; Clarence Nabors, South Carolina; Ernest Nabors, Memphis; Mrs. Alex Fowler, Lambert, besides many relatives in this county.
