Obituary

Mrs. J. L. Niles
Dies At Oak Ridge

Funeral services for Mrs. L. J. Niles were held Monday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the home of her mother, Mrs. Mary Harding in Lexington. The Rev. Lonnie Johnston officiated.

Mrs. Niles passed away Saturday, October 7 at Oak Ridge Institution, Medical Division, Oak Ridge, Tenn., after a lengthy ill ness. She was 45.

Interment took place at Odd Fellows cemetery under the di rection of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Niles is survived by her mother. Mrs. Mary Harding, her husband, L. J. Niles, and six sisters, Mrs. J. P. Malone. Mrs. Ethel Roberts, Mrs. Dessie Lee Brown, Mrs. Norris Covington, Mrs. Henry Mae Dickard. Miss Eunice Harding. Her children are Richard Niles and Mrs. Nancy Hearn.

Pallbearers were Monroe Roberts, Howard Malone, Norman Brown, Gradon Z. Spell, Lindy Covington, and Norris Dickard, Jr.
