Obituary
Mrs. Irma Herrman Paris

Funeral services for Mrs. Irma Herrman Paris, wife of the late LeRoy H. Paris, of Lexington were held Friday, December 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Temple Beth El in Lexington. Rabbi Allen Schwartzman and Rev. Howard Allen officiated. Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.

Mrs. Paris, 83, and a native of Lexington, died early Friday morning. December 4 at Methodist Hospital of Middle Mississippi.

She is survived by one son, Henry Paris of Indianola; three grandchildren, Le Roy H. Paris and Irma Paris Buchanan of Jackson and Rachel M. Paris of Indianola; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were David Masur, Charles Dante, Dr. Melvin Anhalt, Robert L. Berman, Dudley Burwell, Dave Grundfest, III and Jack Grundfest.

Honorary pallbearers were Morris Lewis, Jr., Cecian Lewis, Herbert Hyman, Herman Flowers, C.A. “Bud” Moore, Wilburn Hooker, Pat Barrett, Sr., Lester Crain, John Curtis, Dr. Charles Campbell and Dr. John Downer.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
