Mrs. Rosemary Icke Neilson, 56, of Jackson, a legal secretary, died Friday, January 31 of a heart attack at her home.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 2 at Southern Funeral Home in Lexington with Rev. Dean Ed Bacon officiating, assisted by Rev. Victor McInnis. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery In Lexington.

Mrs. Neilson was a native of San Antonio, Texas and was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church.

Survivors include: three sons, E. Tye Neilson III and Rob Neilson, both of Houston, Texas, and Hal Neilson of Alexandria, Virginia; two daughters, Melany C. Neilson of Jackson and Mary Elizabeth Neilson-Ahearn of Seattle, Washington.

Serving as active pallbearers were A. B. Holder, Dr. Charles Campbell, Claude Legate. Dick Atkinson, Don Slabach and Charles Ellison.
