Obituary
C. O. Sudbeck Dies Suddenly
Final rites for Clemens O'Reilly Sudbeck, prominent planter and merchant of the Bowling Green Community, were held Wednesday at 10 a. m. from Southern Chapel in Lexington. Mr. Sudbeck died suddenly early Tuesday morning at his home. He was 52.

Mr. Sudbeck had spent his entire lifetime in the Bowling Green Community and was prominent in community and county-wide affairs, He was a member of' the Bowling Green Methodist Church and an active member of the Church Board, a Mason, president of the Lexington Gin Company, a director of Mississippi Federated Cooperatives: and a member the ASC community committee.

The Reverend Paul Higgason, pastor of Bowling Methodist Church officiated at the funeral with the Reverend James McCafferty of Greenville assisting. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery with Southern Funeral Home in charge of arrangements,

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louisa Ellison Sudbeck; and two daughters, Mrs. Sara Evelyn Jones of Fort Hood, Texas, and Miss Betty Lynn Sudbeck, a student at Mississippi State College for Women.

Pallbearers were Sam McLellan, Luther McLellan, Irby Ellington, Laddie Williamson, Leslie Farmer, Calvin Moore, Clower Johnson, Louis Lipsey, Ed Rush, and David Earl Taylor.
