Walter Buntin Frost was a retired maintenance supervisor for Holmes County Schools. He was a Holmes County native and a member of Hebron Methodist Church. He retired as Holmes County school bus maintenance department supervisor in 1979.
He was married to Ethel Tidwell Frost and had one son, Lorance Frost of Lexington; one half-sister, Leebeth Gilmore of Lexington; two granddaughters, Cynthia F. Poole of Hohenwald, Tenn. and Madeline Thomas of Goodman.
