Notes

Daniel B. Watson was Born and reared in Lexington, he was a son of the late Senator J. S. Watson and Clara Beall Watson, prominent Holmes County residents. For fifteen years he was the administrator at Montford Jones Memorial Hospital in Kosciusko.

Mr. Watson attended Southwestern College in Memphis, Tenn., where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He served on the Governing Board of the Mississippi Hospital Association, was a Rotarian, and a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Daniel was married to Mrs. Winifred Morris Watson and he had one sister, Miss Clara Watson of Lexington. He had three brothers, John Stewart Watson, and Julian Watson of Lexington and Malcolm Watson of Jackson.
