Funeral services for Mrs. Jean Weathersby Misterfeldt, 88, of Lexington were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 28 at First Presbyterian Church in Lexington. Officiating ministers were Rev. Howard Allen and Rev. Dale VanNess. Burial was at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington with Southern Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Misterfeldt died of a stroke at her home, 509 Boulevard Street, Lexington on Tuesday, April 27, 1999.
A native of Shelby, County, Tennessee, she was a homemaker and member of First Presbyterian Church in Lexington.
Survivors include: sons, Norman Weathersby, Jr., of Lexington and John McDonald Weathersby of Indianola, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Active pall bearers were Pat Barrett, Jr., Don Barrett, Patrick Barrett, Richard Barrett, Jonathan Barrett, and Rusty Wiliamson.
Honorary pallbearers were Jack Yates, Frank Hughes, Charles Campbell, and Frank Eakin, Jr.
